What is a mini goldendoodle?

A mini goldendoodle is a small to medium-sized designer breed that is a cross between a miniature or toy poodle and a golden retriever. Here at New Beginnings Mini Goldendoodles, we breed F2B puppies, which are a cross between our Red, AKC-certified purebred poodle and an F2 goldendoodle. How big do mini goldendoodles get?

The size of a mini goldendoodle can vary depending on the size of its parents, but they typically range in size from 15-30 pounds and stand around 13-20 inches tall at the shoulder.

Are mini goldendoodles good with children?

Mini goldendoodles are generally known to be good with children, as they are intelligent, friendly, and loyal dogs. However, as with any breed, it is important to socialize and train a mini goldendoodle from a young age to ensure that they behave well around children and other people.

Do mini goldendoodles shed?

While F1 goldendoodles shed, New Beginnings only sells F2 goldendoodles.  Poodles, which are one of the breeds in our mini goldendoodle mix, are known to shed less than many other breeds, so it our puppies inherit this trait. F2B mini goldendoodles are great for families with allergies.
